At Enotel Group, we have implemented a dynamic and sustainable management system, with tools that allow everyone to play an active role in participatory management. This Quality System is based on a process of continuous improvement of the departments, through participation in the UGB's (Basic Management Units) using performance indicator measurements and audits, from which it is possible to expose the results of the operational and administrative sectors in tables own, visible to all.
